Oak & Apple: First Seed

Oak & Apple Partners, LLC was founded in the belief that with determination and knowledge, business owners and stakeholders can create a tomorrow that delivers a more prosperous and healthy company. We believe that making money and making the world a better place are not mutually exclusive concepts.

We advise and assist company owners and managers in times of major transition, like survival during turnaround and growth – both organic and through acquisition – with respect to translating their vision to customers, trade partners, employees and shareholders in a way that inspires trust and delivers on the promise.

Our experience integrates management practices from finance and cash management, to operational and restructuring techniques, through market research and brand development. It enables us to help build strong sales teams, foster new business innovation, rebuild businesses facing complex situations, and execute both financially and operationally.

We know how to deploy technology to enhance profits and, at the same time, understand that all of us are human and must be understood. We mentor teams and coach executives to develop trust as well as the spirit and openness to say, as appropriate, both “thank you” and “you’re not carrying your weight.”

We understand that at the end of the day, we get there together or don’t get there at all. Results are what counts, but character matters equally. We are Oak for strength and Apple for nurturing.

Please join us on this journey.
